The Ethnicity Awards 2022 was in full swing with star studded guests and nominee's gracing the red carpet to celebrate Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority groups in the TV, Sports and Arts industry who have achieved outstanding achievements. With Judi Love hosting this years event, I was fortunate enough to attend and interview some of the guests and nominees at the Mayfair, London.
The BFI London Film Festival was in full swing and across London, many events were held in honour of the film industry featuring UK talent across the board.
I had the amazing opportunity to attend there Empire of Light UK premiere and it was actually my first time ever attending a red carpet for BFI! Many actors, directors and screenwriters were in attendance and the full Empire of Light cast came along with the likes of Olivia Coleman and Michael Ward. Even though there were hundreds of guests, getting to the event, walking the red carpet and taking our seats was smooth sailing.
The film itself was a slow burner, set in the 80s and directed by Academy Award winning, Sam Mendes. Without revealing too much here, check out the synopsis on the official IMBD page!
Hey guys! I know it's been a long while since you've last heard from me on Blogger but I've definitely been busy with some things that I would love to share with you all.
First up, I took my first trip in 2 years to Dubai! Landing in the UAE was a surreal moment, especially since the heat was quite intense but so, so needed.
After spending a week in this futuristic yet culturally strong city, I vlogged the whole trip (bearing in mind, holding a camera up in 30 degree heat was a mission in itself) and put it all in a 10 min plus video to show you all the best bit of my holiday.
I will be sharing more information about my trip, from fun things to do in Dubai and also the local laws and customs to be aware of if you do decide to visit.
Stay tuned for those post but in the meantime, stay connected with all my other social media platforms!
